UKSG Publishes Final Report into Link Resolvers..

I haven't read all of the report, but this bit caught my eye:
"SIS believes these issues could be most effectively addressed through education and communication via a mirror organisation to that which operates in the usage statistics space (Project COUNTER)."
This would be great, but we need highly granular details for our electronic holdings/access - too often we have fieldsmashedintogetheranditshardtogetthembackout
I think that the date format in OpenURL requested should also be mirrored in the holdings data e.g. 2008-09-22
